Seller

Overit Luxembourg (overit.lu) is operated, and its subscriptions sold, by Verde Holding Kft., a Hungarian company. Contact: office@verdeholding.hu.

The service

Overit Luxembourg makes available the annual accounts of Luxembourg companies published by STATEC's Centrale des Bilans (CC BY-SA 4.0 licence). Amounts are shown as filed; calculated indicators are Overit's own. Nothing on this site is a credit rating, and the completeness or currency of public data is not guaranteed. The method is described on the Methodology page.

Your account

You open an account with an email address and a password, with no invitation code. Do not share your password. An account may be restricted or closed for abuse, such as automated extraction or resale of the data.

Plans and prices

The plans and their limits are on the pricing page. Prices are in euros, VAT included, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. An invoice is issued after every payment; for a business invoice, enter your VAT number and billing address at checkout. Plan limits apply automatically.

* "Fair use": each plan's numbered limits are those on the pricing page; beyond them, access pauses until the next month or until you move to a larger plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account, under Subscription → Manage subscription. The plan stays active to the end of the paid period; the account then returns to the free plan and your data is kept. A period already started is not refunded, except as set out below and where the law requires it.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract, by a clear statement sent to office@verdeholding.hu.

Because the service starts at your request as soon as you pay, only the share for the time until you withdrew remains due; the rest is refunded within 14 days to the payment method used.

Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal; a mistaken or duplicate payment is always refunded.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last twelve months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law and changes

The contract is governed by Hungarian law; consumers keep the protection given by the law of their country of residence. Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
