Withdrawal and refunds

14 days
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement — for example "I withdraw from my Overit Luxembourg subscription", with the account's email address — to office@verdeholding.hu.
What is refunded
The service starts at your request as soon as you pay. On withdrawal, only the share for the days already elapsed remains due; the rest is refunded within 14 days, to the payment method used, at no cost.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your account. The plan stays active to the end of the paid period and is not renewed; the current period is not refunded.
Businesses
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. A mistaken or duplicate payment is always refunded, whoever the buyer.
